DIBS stores this information securely and is PCI-certified. This allows us to manage order changes, cancel reservations (such as deposits), issue refunds, and charge for additional costs due to late returns, damages, or similar. Transaction data related to your order is stored, but not your card details. Transaction data will be retained as long as you are a registered user of the service, in line with the above section on personal data.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="326" data-end="339">1 General</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="340" data-end="558">These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from oceanadventures.mysharefox.com to businesses and consumers. Together with your order, they constitute the complete contractual basis for the purchase.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="560" data-end="591">2 Definition of the Parties</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="592" data-end="709">The lessor or seller is: Ocean Adventures AS, hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;we,&rdquo; &ldquo;us,&rdquo; &ldquo;the lessor,&rdquo; or &ldquo;Your Company.&rdquo;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="711" data-end="855">The lessee is: the person stated as the lessee or buyer in the order, hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;the lessee,&rdquo; &ldquo;the customer,&rdquo; &ldquo;you,&rdquo; or &ldquo;your.&rdquo;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="857" data-end="972">Rental objects include equipment, saunas, boats, and everything else rented out via oceanadventures.mysharefox.com.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="974" data-end="1066">Delivery form/service points refer to pick-up or return at a store, kiosk, or home delivery.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1068" data-end="1092">3 Payment and Prices</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1093" data-end="1319">Payment is made online via Vipps, Visa, or Mastercard through our payment provider NETS, which meets the highest security standards. The lessee pays upon booking, at which point the rental agreement is considered entered into.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1321" data-end="1366">The lessor follows standard rental practices.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1368" data-end="1724">All prices include VAT. The total cost will be displayed before completing the order, including all costs associated with the rental or purchase. If there are significant pricing errors on our website, we reserve the right to change, delete, or reject orders&mdash;even after confirmation. Such errors will be corrected and communicated within a reasonable time.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1726" data-end="1762">4 Condition of the Rental Object</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1763" data-end="1853">The lessor is obligated to provide rental objects in reasonable and operational condition.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1855" data-end="2107">You are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment during the rental period. You may be exempt from liability if the damage is due to technical faults. You must inspect the equipment before use and contact us if it's not in expected condition.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2109" data-end="2121">5 Damage</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2122" data-end="2275">All damage, technical issues, or incidents must be reported to Your Company immediately. Notify us at <a class="cursor-pointer" rel="noopener" data-start="2224" data-end="2238">morten@gm-e.no</a>. This also applies in case of theft.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2277" data-end="2462">If the damage is due to misuse, negligence, or intent, we may charge for the repair or cleaning costs. This includes if the equipment is returned poorly maintained or excessively dirty.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2464" data-end="2593">We are not liable for execution or any direct/indirect loss or damage due to the use, delay, or malfunction of the rental object.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2595" data-end="2622">6 Use of Rental Objects</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2623" data-end="2697">Use is at your own risk. Users must be over 18 or accompanied by an adult.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2699" data-end="2816">You are responsible for using the equipment properly and safely and ensuring it is not damaged or excessively soiled.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2818" data-end="2844">Life jackets must be worn.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2846" data-end="2863">7 Accessories</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2864" data-end="3059">Accessories must generally be rented or purchased separately when ordering. The website details what is included. Safety equipment is required in several situations and is offered on the website.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3061" data-end="3098">8 Lessee&rsquo;s Rights and Obligations</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3099" data-end="3279">The lessee must be over 18 and provide correct customer details when creating a user account. Notifications sent to your email, address, or phone are considered received once sent.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3281" data-end="3438">The account is personal. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3440" data-end="3493">These terms must be accepted before placing an order.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3495" data-end="3645">The equipment must be returned by the agreed date/time and to the agreed location. The lessee must stay informed of the service point's opening hours.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3647" data-end="3949">The lessee/cardholder authorizes the lessor to charge the card for unreturned, damaged, or overly dirty equipment. This includes late returns. A delay of more than 1 hour results in an extra day&rsquo;s rental fee plus a 300 NOK late fee. If not returned after one day, daily rates continue until the return.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3951" data-end="3970">9 Order Changes</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3971" data-end="4135">To change an order, you must contact Your Company. Changes are only valid once confirmed in writing. Extensions may be requested before or during the rental period.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4137" data-end="4268">Changes or cancellations affecting availability may incur a 300 NOK change fee. All costs are disclosed before changes take effect.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4270" data-end="4296">10 Delivery and Return</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4297" data-end="4471">Pick-up and return occur as specified in the order confirmation. You'll also find this under your account. We are responsible for the product until you take possession of it.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4473" data-end="4540">You must present your booking reference and matching ID for pickup.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4542" data-end="4681">If delivery is delayed, you will be notified promptly. You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us or our service point.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4683" data-end="4792">We check that the equipment is complete and functional upon return. If so, the deposit hold will be released.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4794" data-end="4832">11 Right of Withdrawal (Purchases)</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4833" data-end="5032">The right of withdrawal applies to purchases, not rentals. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item (see the Right of Withdrawal Act: <a class="" href="https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/2014-06-20-27" target="_new" rel="noopener" data-start="4982" data-end="5030">https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/2014-06-20-27</a>).</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5034" data-end="5249">Items must be returned in the same condition. If used beyond what&rsquo;s necessary to assess the item, we may deduct for reduced value. For example, using a saw blade or drilling with a bit voids the right of withdrawal.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5251" data-end="5451">Return the item with the withdrawal form, preferably in the same box as when returning rental items. If you return it by mail, it's your responsibility until we receive it. Contact us before shipping.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5453" data-end="5481">13 Intellectual Property</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5482" data-end="5658">Content and services are protected under Norwegian copyright law. Images are used with permission. Linked YouTube videos are hosted on third-party platforms beyond our control.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5660" data-end="5674">14 Privacy</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5675" data-end="5916">We securely store your personal data to fulfill our rental obligations. Stored information includes name, address, phone number, email, and order history, which is kept for accounting purposes. You can request data deletion by contacting us.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="5918" data-end="6092">Your payment card is stored by our provider DIBS while your order is active. You can delete the card at any time under your account. Your Company does not store card details.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="6094" data-end="6253">We use cookies to improve user experience and site functionality. Usage data helps us improve the service. Full privacy details are available on our help page.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="6255" data-end="6280">15 Legal Jurisdiction</h3>
